As well as commissions in both photography and painting. Via the site studio415photo.com in accordance with the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (SFS 2005:59).

Currently we only ship within Sweden.
But it is our ambition that in the near future to ship worldwide.

To be able to shop in the online shop you must be at least 18 years old.

STUDIO 415 reserves itself for possible price increases, VAT adjustments, currency changes, printing errors, price errors, final sales, balance errors, etc.
Items that have already been shipped are not affected by price changes. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor SEK and include VAT.

STUDIO 415 reserves itself for any deviations from product descriptions and it’s image material. They are only to illustrate the product.
Color deviations on products may occur. Due to different settings of the visitor's screen.
Deviating sizes in illustrative environments occur. This mainly applies to painted paintings, to be able to reproduce colors and composition.
However the correct size is always shown in the product description.

All material on the site and it's content is owned by Jimmy Lindqvist STUDIO 415. Or by its licensors. The information is protected by among other things, intellectual property and market laws. This means trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics. As well as design, layout, information about goods, services and other content. May not be copied or used without written permission from Jimmy Lindqvist STUDIO 415.

2. Orders and agreements

2.1

An agreement on a placed order is only entered when STUDIO 415 has confirmed your order. As well as when order confirmation has been received by you as a customer via e-mail. Please save your order confirmation for any matters. As a customer, you have the option to cancel an order.
Until it is confirmed by us. In the event of a canceled order, a full refund of any expenses applies. When you as a customer have accepted our terms of purchase, you undertake to comply with our regulations. Everything for you to have a pleasant shopping experience when you visit STUDIO 415.

4. Personal data

4.1

STUDIO 415 follows the statutory rules for processing personal data. Everything according to the Personal Data Act SFS 1998:204 and EU Directive 95/46/EC. By submitting your personal data, you consent to us using collected information to fulfill our obligations to you and provide the service you expect.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

5.1

We leave a 14-day right of return only on painted art. The deadline for the right of withdrawal starts from the moment you receive the item.
However this does not apply to limited painted art or on commission. You have the right to open the package carefully, to view the product.
It is not allowed to use it. Packaging and product must be in undamaged condition upon return.

5.2

We do not offer returns or cancellation rights on printed products. As these are printed upon placed order from a photo lab.

5.3

Returns and right of withdrawal don’t apply to digital products.

5.4

In case of returns you as the customer are responsible for shipping costs and return handling.

5.5

It is your full responsibility that the product is packed and well protected for return.
For a full refund the item must be undamaged and must be returned in the original packaging and its inner packaging.

5.6

When the return has been reviewed and approved. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the time we received the return.
Order confirmation is required to confirm purchase. As well as a payment reference as a receipt for the purchase.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment was received to the extent possible.

6. Complaint

6.1

As a customer you have the right to make a complain about the product for up to 3 years. This must take place within a reasonable time,
according to the Consumer Purchase Act within 2 months from the time you discovered the error.

The burden of proof is on you as the customer that it is an original fault. That it is not a handling error on your part.
We reserve the right in the first instance at our own discretion.
To find a solution to remedy the fault, primarily replace with a similar item.
Or an equivalent product of the same value.

Should it be the case that we cannot resolve your error within a reasonable time. From the moment you have advertised the product,
you have the right to cancel the purchase. Here at STUDIO 415 we want everyone to be satisfied with their purchases.

7. Force Majeure

7.1

Here at STUDIO 415, I’m released from fulfilling our obligations under these terms in the event of a change in law, government action, labor market conflict, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sabotage, major accident or similar events.

8. Cookies

8.1

We use cookie technology to be able to read customer visits and keep statistics. Only for the purpose of being able to deliver the best possible experience of your visit to our site. If you opt out of the function on your first visit to our site. We cannot guarantee that our website will function correctly. We do not disclose any customer data to third parties.

9. Reviews

As a customer, you have the opportunity to leave reviews and comments on the website.
This is something we can all benefit from, maybe there are things we can improve on.
Maybe you were extra happy with an item or a quick delivery.

In cases where the customer leaves reviews. The customer grants STUDIO 415 the right to publish on the website. As well as in other channels and media, together with the customer's name and other personal data.
As the customer has provided STUDIO 415. STUDIO 415 reserves the right not to publish reviews. As well as remove the customer's reviews, if they neither benefit us nor the customer himself.
